Design: DNA was extracted with QIAGEN AllPrep DNA/RNA Mini Kit employing two washing steps with buffer AW2 to account for secondary metabolites. DNase and protease-free RNase A (Thermo Scientific) was used to remove remnant RNA from the DNA extracts. Two technical replicates were pooled and the DNA was washed and concentrated by precipitation and re-elution in 75l water.
